1. Process
Lowe’s Price Promise Lowe’s offers its in-store and online customers a price match to identical items amazon website as stated in Lowe’s Price Promise. The processes are outlined below.
- Go to the Lowe’s website and click on the “Price Match” tab.
- Enter the product you want to price match and the store will give you a list of products that are matching your selection.
- Click on one of the products on the list and your order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a link to your account where you can view your order status and see if there were any problems with it. If there were, you can contact customer service via email or phone.
- If everything went well, you will receive an email notification that says “Your Order was Processed” and “Your Order was Shipped.” If there were problems with your order, you will receive an email notification that says “Your Order was not Processed” and “Your Order was Shipped.”
